Non – Executive Director’s Responsibilities

COURSE OVERVIEW

The Non-Executive Directors’ Program offers both new and more experienced NEDs an essential understanding of their role and how they can maximise their effectiveness.

This program examines in detail what non-executive directors can contribute to their  organisations and, in particular, how they should go about achieving this.

The Program looks at all aspects of the role in the context of legal and regulatory  frameworks and established best practice. Issues such as board composition, liability  and reporting are covered in detail, as are topics such as director development and  remuneration.
