Our Audit service also provides support to the Charities & Not-for-Profits sector in addition to our financial statement audit services. When you join our Audit practice, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be able to explore different industry specialization and career options as your interests evolve.

Our Tax services practice offers great opportunities for graduates and for experienced industry professionals who seek to provide support services to our firms’ clients at different levels in the areas of Corporate Tax Compliance & Advisory, PAYE & Expatriate Tax Advisory, Transaction Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing Advisory Services. As part of our Tax services practice, you help our clients to optimize processes and gain efficiencies.

Our Legal Advisory team is made up of experienced professionals in corporate law, tax law and general business advisory. As a member of this team, you will provide support to new and existing organisations during business set-ups, incorporation, mergers, acquisitions, and on an on-going basis through our company secretarial services, real estate advisory services, regulatory compliance services, review of commercial agreements, ethics hotline services and, employee and workplace relations.

Our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team provides an alternative structure to our dynamic and ambitious clients, wherein they focus on operations while we provide on-going support in the areas of corporate accounting, payroll processing, human resources, financial reporting, cash management and invoice processing services.

Our Advisory practice offers outstanding career opportunities for ambitious graduates and for experienced industry professionals who seek to advise our firms’ clients at the highest levels. Depending on your focus you could be working on activities such as business plans, business feasibility studies, corporate structuring, capital raising and advisory, transaction structuring and support (including mergers and acquisitions) and corporate strategy advisory services. Graduates

Our job offers are addressed to students of the last year of bachelor or master degree programmes or to recent graduates. All candidates are expected to have a very good command of German and/or English. Recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of the following stages:

  • Application screening– at this stage we analyse all the CVs we have received.
  • Aptitude Test – This is for entry-level positions and practice support positions.
  • Skilled Test – This stage is a test of knowledge of accounting, law and tax matters, as well as an English or German language test.
  • Job interview– conducted by an HR specialist and/or the leader of the team you apply to. We want to know as much as possible about you. We want to learn about you character, interests and skills.

Recruitment for clients

A dominant position in the consulting company’s portfolio is currently recruitment of employees of all levels and specialisations, including managerial staff, employees in finance, logistics, administration and various production departments; we also recruit sales representatives, technical advisors, IT specialists, as well as highly qualified management board assistants and secretaries.
